When too much punishment decreases legality. The case of coca-reducing policies in Colombia.
This paper is part of a research agreement with the United Nations Office on Drug on Crime (UNODC) to study the culture of legality in the southern part of Colombia. It studies particularly the impact of high intensity eradication on legal crops.
